Wild Thanksgiving Weekend On Waypoint TV

The holidays are a special time of year where you get to celebrate loved ones and spend time outside. Whether you are resting after a long morning in the stand, sitting on your couch with a belly full of turkey, or simply unable to get out this holiday weekend, we’ve prepared a special Thanksgiving weekend for you.

Waypoint TV Wild Thanksgiving Weekend will air Thursday November 25th – Sunday November 28th and is full of the best outdoor programming around. Tune in to watch on the Waypoint TV channel on Samsung TV Plus, Vizio, Xumo, Plex, and STIRR. Thanksgiving Day (November 25th) at 6pm EST, Waypoint TV will air Food + Family Thanksgiving Day Special. This will highlight 13 programs, including The Given Right, Realtree’s Black Cloud, and Texas Trophy Hunters Association’s Storytellers. True to its name, featured programming will have a heavy focus on family and cooking.

On Black Friday, we will take a trip into the deep blue water of the Florida Keys with an Into the Blue marathon, brought to you by West Marine, for your life on the water. The Into the Blue marathon starts at 6pm EST, November 26th. Viewers can see the beauty the Florida Keys has to offer, as charter boat Captains Steve Rodger and Scott Walker combine their distinctly different fishing styles and skills to create this action-packed offshore fishing series.

 As the Wild Thanksgiving Weekend continues into Saturday November 27th, we will have two events in the morning and evening. Saturday will be filled with the best hunting content, as the morning kicks off with a Buck Fever marathon, starting at 8am, EST. Buck Fever will feature premium whitetail content, comprised of 8 titles, including Team 200, Chasing November, and The Breaking Point.

Later in the evening at 6pm, fans can catch the Bear Archery Bowhunting Blitz, starting with Fred Bear:  Father of Bowhunting, which tells the story of the legendary man behind the archery industry we know today. The film shares historic footage, never-before-seen photos, and untold stories of Fred Bear. Following the film will be the family hunting show sponsored by Bear Archery, Raised Hunting.

As the holiday weekend comes to an end, we will showcase some of our most well-loved fishing content in both the morning and evening. On Sunday morning, November 28th, we will air Morning on the Flats, sponsored by LouisianaSaltwater.com. This will highlight the best inshore fishing shows beginning at 8am EST. Programs such as Flats Class and Silver Kings will also air.

Closing out Wild Thanksgiving Weekend will be the Offshore Obsession block, which features the best offshore fishing shows. This will start November 28th, at 6pm, and will feature shows like Two Conchs and Local Knowledge.
