43 Film’s Can’t Miss Special Event on Waypoint TV

Austin, Texas – August 9th, 2022 – The world’s leading entertainment destination for hunting, fishing, and outdoor adventure programming, Waypoint TV will be airing 43 Film as a special event 12 times, from Monday, August 8th through Sunday, August 21st on the linear channel.

43 Film is a film that highlights Mark Peterson’s quest for a single season waterfowl slam of North America in October of 2020. For the first time ever, the slam was completed in one single season and this film captures every step of his journey. The air times for this event are Mondays at 3pm, Tuesdays at 7am, Wednesdays at 6pm, Fridays at 1am, Saturdays at 7am and Sundays at 4:30pm from August 8th – August 21st. This event will be airing on the Waypoint TV app, WaypointTV.com, Samsung TV Plus (Channel 1184), LG (Channel 486) PLUTO (Channel 2205), VIZIO (Channel 258), XUMO (Channel 718) Local Now, and SLING.

43 Film is a must watch film because Mark Peterson completed, for the first time ever, a single season waterfowl slam of North America for over 110 days in the field, over six months, traveling to nine states, and three countries. The North American Upland slam involves 27 different species. This journey would test not only his knowledge and perseverance as a sportsman, but it would challenge his team of consultants and field producers as well.

"People always asked me if I thought I had any doubt of completing the slam, the simple answer is, yes! I knew if there was anyone that could help me make it a reality it was the team I have at Worldwide Trophy Adventures,” said Mark Peterson. “43 Film is a must-see film, not only because of the epic destinations and accomplishments achieved by Mark Peterson, but because of the educational value it has to offer. Mark was able to complete the slam that involved 27 different species, most of which most hunters have never seen before. In addition to the incredible knowledge a sportsman can learn from this film, Mark’s journey is truly captivating and can be enjoyed by any Waypoint viewer. “43 Film is just one more example of how Waypoint is continuing to raise the bar on offering unique and valuable content to its viewers” said Graig Hale, Director of Business Development.
